If they really want to wear it around, they can put in the work to get it, that way it will be even better once they get it, because they will know they worked so hard for it...and don't say "you can just put in a code" because I never wear any capes besides firecape or something that I got before I became admin.

Look at you now.. Putting in codes for stuff. I don't care. No matter what i'm getting all 99s. People who want 99 agility later on might want it raised too.. It was a suggestion.
