I got stuck there for a while the other day :p As of right now, the only way to get out is to have someone come kill you, come deul with you, or get admin help.
So maybe you can put a portal or something so people can get out.
And another suggestion, people can teleport away from fights by having someone deul request them, maybe make it so you can't send deul requests in wild or something?

I agree, There does need to be a teleport at chaos elemental... I'm not so sure about the whole dueling thing, considering i've never been pking a day in my life.
